Return Policy

  • We accept returns for a full store credit only; there will be no refund sent back to a card.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • All damage claims must be reported within five days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned.
  • All returns must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and have all the original tags attached. Any returns received with deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, or smell like smoke will be refused and sent back to you and are subject to a $10 shipping charge.
  • ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

Returns

Please refer to our return policy above to ensure your return meets the standards prior to returning. Returns that do not meet all criteria will not be accepted and additional postage of $10 will have to be paid to have them returned to you. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be processed. After it is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.
